Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Holiday and Festival Season may take more time to process the order. Any delays in processing will be communicated to the customer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. This will be flat ₹79 per order. 

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days. Please contact us to know the expediated shipping rates for your city. 

International Shipping:

Currently we are not offering international shipping. This may change in the future. 

Tracking

• All shipments come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
• Customers can track their order through our website or directly via the shipping carrier’s platform.
